Sara Johnson, Administrator
Sara joined Sentry Hill in September 2019 as Administrator. Sara came from one of our sister facilities, Gorham House where she worked for 10 years in various roles before transitioning to Sentry Hill. Sara leads the management team in the day-to-day life at SH as well as future planning for our campus. Her door is always open so feel free to stop by. Sara enjoys camping with her 10-year-old daughter Jazmyn and their westiepoo, Charli May. Sara also enjoys playing the piano for our residents at SH.

Beth Verity, Community Relations & Sales Director
Beth joined the SH management team in April 2007. Beth is primarily responsible for introducing and assisting seniors, and their families with understanding the various lifestyle options available at SH. She guides them through the acquisition/admission process as it relates to their specific interests and financial arrangements. Beth enjoys living in the seacoast area, spending time with family and friends, painting, creating, and traveling.

Jennifer J. Smith, RN, Director of Nursing
Jennifer has been part of the Sentry Hill team since 2012 working as a CNA and CRMA. In 2018 she became a Registered Nurse and has held positions as Evening Supervisor and most recently Director of The Garden. Jenn was promoted to Director of Nursing in February 2022. She oversees all aspects of nursing to ensure quality care is provided to the residents of Sentry Hill. In her spare time Jenn enjoys concerts, going to the lake, spending time with family, friends, and her dog Dayjah.

Randi Romono, Business Office Manager
Randi joined the Sentry Hill team August of 2019 after working at our sister community, Gorham House, since August of 2013 as our Business Office manager. Randi is responsible for Accounts Receivables, Bookkeeper of the Resident Trust Accounts and York Harbor Condo Association, Human Resources, and Payroll Management. Randi enjoys athletics, the beach, and the great outdoors when not at the office. She lives in Lebanon ME with her husband and their two children.

Cathy Foley, Resident Services Director
Cathy began her career at Sentry Hill in June 2013, as Resident Services Director, Cathy oversees the transition process of the Resident and supports the family. She is the resident advocate and the liaison between the staff. Cathy strives to ensure a smooth and happy transition. When Cathy isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, playing with her granddaughter, the beach, gardening, and her dog, Nora.

Jacki Brewster, Activities Director
Jacki is a “Boomerang” employee, having worked at Sentry Hill from 2016 to 2018, left to build a new dementia community, only to return in October 2022, because there’s no place like home. Jacki leads an activities team who strive to provide opportunities for our residents to lead their best life. Jacki received her Therapeutic Recreation degree from Green Mountain College in Vermont and is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Jacki lives in Berwick with the best grandson ever, a few misbehaved dogs, and her friend, Ziggy, a cockatiel.

Ryan Mattuchio, Environmental Services Director
Ryan Mattuchio started working at Sentry Hill in 2008.
Ryan is the Environmental Services/Maintenance Director. He facilitates day to day operations in multiple departments including housekeeping, laundry services, grounds and maintenance.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and friends and likes to travel.

Phillip Stone, Food Services Director
Phil joined the management team at Sentry Hill in June 2021 as the Food Service Director. Phil lives in Wells, ME with his wife Annie, they have three children and 3 grandchildren with a fourth on the way. In his spare time Phil enjoys the beaches and nature walks in our beautiful state. Phil is an avid photographer and especially likes photographing wildlife.
